Life at
Manchester Muslim Preparatory School
Preparing pupils for a successful life ahead
Our school takes pupils on a journey and equips them with essential life skills to become mature, confident and independent young Muslims. A culture of resilience and self-reliance paves the way to achieving excellence and success in their future education.
A broad and varied curriculum is intended to challenge pupils and enable them to develop as individuals to become the leaders of tomorrow. As they progress through school, they grow into tenacious and outward looking children who are confident in their Muslim identity. Our experienced teaching staff provides the guidance that pupils need to perform strongly and fulfil their potential.
We expect the most exemplary standards of conduct and contribution to school society. A comprehensive programme of extra-curricular activities enables pupils to do this whilst having fun, working in teams, and exploring their own interests in life.
A strong sense of community, both within the school and beyond the classroom, nurtures a spirit of kindness and understanding. Manchester Muslim Preparatory School pupils are happy, joyful and caring in their outlook.
The school curriculum encourages pupils to play an active part in school and community life, and make a positive contribution to British society. Personal development is encouraged in a variety of ways. Pupils enjoy being elected to the school council, raising awareness of environmental issues as one of our eco-warriors, and learning from life experiences outside the classroom.
Taking on such responsibility helps them to develop a social conscience and prepares our pupils for the transition to secondary and higher education.
