Faith is woven through every part of life at MMPS. Alongside the national curriculum, pupils enjoy dedicated Islamic Studies, Qur’an and Arabic lessons that nurture akhlaq, knowledge and a lifelong love of the deen.

Nurturing hearts and minds
Dedicated Islamic Studies lessons cover aqeedah, fiqh, seerah and the beautiful example of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Pupils explore their faith with confidence, connecting what they learn to everyday life, character and worship.
Qur'an
Recitation, memorisation and understanding
Pupils enjoy four weekly Qur'an lessons from age 3, building fluent recitation with tajweed, memorisation and a deep personal connection with the Book of Allah. Our annual Qur'an exhibitions and recitation competitions celebrate every child's progress.
Arabic
The language of the Qur'an
Arabic lessons develop speaking, listening, reading and writing, giving pupils the vocabulary of daily worship and unlocking a richer understanding of the Qur'an and Sunnah.
