How to Apply
Reception to Year 6
The Admissions Process
Step 01
£60 registration fee
Book a tour & register
Contact Admissions to book a tour, complete the registration form and pay the registration fee.

Step 02
Acknowledgement
The admissions team sends a confirmation email upon receipt of your registration.
Step 03
Entrance assessment
Invitation to an entrance exam for year 2-6, or an informal assessment for EYFS / Year 1. Please submit your child's most recent school report before the assessment.
Step 04
Within 2 weeks
Outcome
Parents are informed of the assessment result.
Step 05
If a place is available
A reference is requested from the current school. If satisfactory: an interview with the Headteacher (pupil and parents), an offer is made, the deposit is paid, and the contract is signed by both parents.
Step 06
Waiting list
If no place is available
Your child is added to the waiting list and parents are contacted when a place becomes available. A reference is then requested from the current school and, if satisfactory, the offer process above follows.

1. Our application does not secure our child a place at the School but does ensure thatour child will be considered for selection as a pupil at the School. 2. If our child is offered a place at the School, such an offer will be subject to the School’sterms and conditions for the provision of services. 3. Our child has the right to enter, live and study in the United Kingdom and, ifapplicable, we have made appropriate arrangements for our child’s visa application,travel, reception, living and care in the UK. 4. If applicable, the School may request from our child’s present school or educationalinstitution: (a) information and a confidential reference in respect of our child and/or(b) information about any outstanding fees and/or charges. 5. The information provided in this Registration Form is true, accurate, complete andnot misleading. We will notify the School if there are any changes to the informationprovided to the School or our and/or our child’s circumstances. 6. The School may undertake a credit check with a credit reference agency, require abank reference or credit report, ask us to demonstrate our ability to meet the School’sfees and the legitimate source of funds, require evidence of identities and evidence thatwe are not subject to relevant national or international sanctions. How We May Use Personal InformationThe School may process personal data about you and your child, including sensitivepersonal data such as medical information, in accordance with data protection law for thepurposes of:• administering its list of prospective pupils• its registration, selection and admission procedures• communicating with the parents of prospective pupils about the School and managingrelationships between the School and its prospective pupils.Even if your child is not offered a place, the School retains information about prospectivepupils and their parents for one year.
